Dear colleagues,

We cordially invite you to attend the workshop on 'Recent Advances in Quantum Dynamics and Thermodynamics of Complex Systems', a satellite meeting of the 15th International Congress of Quantum Chemistry (ICQC). It will be held during June 4-7, 2015 at Peking University, Beijing, China. The workshop auditorium is Room A204, Chemistry Building, Peking University.

The workshop will focus on recent advances in describing quantum effects of complex systems, especially for large molecular systems. Participants other than invited speakers are encouraged to give poster presentations. Themes in the workshop include:

• Semiclassical dynamics
• Real time path integral
• Multi-configuration time-dependent Hartree
• Quantum stochastic equation methods (including hierarchy equations of motion)
• Imaginary time path integral based quantum dynamics methods
• Imaginary time path integral molecular dynamics or Monte Carlo
• Nonadiabatic quantum dynamics approaches
• Quantum approaches for spectroscopy

and their applications in chemical and biological systems.

This ICQC conference series was initiated by the International Academy of Quantum Molecular Science (IAQMS) in 1973 and has been held every third year since. The 15th ICQC main conference will take place in Beijing during June 8-13, 2015, immediately after this workshop. As the tradition goes, several satellite meetings will be organized to highlight recent progress in related areas of theoretical chemistry.
